The fundamental core of our company is development and we specialise in apartment living and designer workspaces. Founded in 2017, we have successfully delivered projects from acquisition through to completion in the residential, commercial and industrial markets.
As a company, Inca Group has accumulated an impressive portfolio of developments, across a broad range of property sectors and geographical locations. A track record that is only possible as a result of unwavering diligence, project commitment and collaboration.
Inca Property Group was founded and is led by managing director, Josh Thompson, who gained experience and mentorship under innovative leadership at Brookfield Multiplex and Walker Corporation. Having commenced his career in the field of architecture, Josh has delivered developments across Australia, the UK and Fiji. It is on this experience that Inca Group was founded and continues to grow.

JOSH THOMPSON
Managing Director
Starting his early professional life in the field of architecture, Josh’s commercial strengths saw him shift his career toward property development. Managing small, medium and large projects in the residential, commercial, retail, mixed use and aged care sectors with a combined value of over $1.5bn.
JOHN CHUDLEIGH
Project Manager
John is a Project Manager with a background in electrical engineering. As well as having 20 years in the field John has undertaken a number of private land subdivisions and housing developments enabling a deep understanding across the development and project management roles.
MICHAEL DOWNS
Development Manager
Michael is an accomplished development manager with a background in architecture. Originally from the United States, Michael brings a fresh approach to the way we consider projects in new locations. Having worked on projects across NSW and QLD, Michael drives our residential and industrial projects from acquisition to completion.
MICHELLE WOODMAN
Accounts Manager
Michelle has a strong background in administration across a variety of industries and uses her experience to support the entire team at Inca Property Group. She brings enthusiasm and professionalism to her role.
