AGS has made excellent progress on site at Depot Byron in the past month, with roofing and mezzanine areas completed, and glazing, internal framing, and electrical rough ins in progress. We plan to open one warehouse unit for display in August, available for inspection by appointment.
The development comprises 26 designer warehouses in Byron's industrial precinct, featuring an on-site café, dual street access, modern amenities, and ample parking. Take advantage of construction pricing before completion in September.
