Created by Architect Wolski Coppin and completed in 2019, Mindarie Street comprises 45 apartments that aspire to elevate the quality of design, architecture and modern living in this growing Lower North Shore suburb.

As Development Manager and Project Manager, Inca Property Group was engaged by a private developer to deliver this boutique project. On completion the Mindarie Street apartments were offered for lease as a built-to-rent strategy.
