Designed by Architecture firm Marchese Partners and completed in 2019, The Hampton comprises 38 apartments purchased by a demographic of local buyers and investors to capture opportunity presented in the evolving Sutherland shire.

As Development Manager and Project Manager, Inca Property Group was engaged by a private developer to deliver this boutique project. Negotiations with council allowed for the successful transfer of affordable living apartments from this development into an adjacent project owned by the developer to allow for a better product mix between the sites.
